Hi, I’m Christina!

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 8 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including 3 years as an RBT and the past 5 years as a BCBA. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients with a wide range of support needs and diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and ODD.

But before ABA, teaching was already a big part of my story…

I previously worked as a writing tutor at Florida International University, and I quickly realized how much I enjoyed helping people take something that initially felt confusing or overwhelming and make it finally click. That same passion followed me into ABA.

For the past two years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead student analyst groups, teach ABA concepts, and work individually with future behavior analysts preparing for the BCBA exam. What started as something I simply loved doing eventually grew into the idea behind Baseline to Board.

I created this business because I know how challenging the road to becoming a BCBA can feel. There’s a lot to learn, and sometimes reading another textbook chapter or memorizing another definition just isn’t enough. I love taking complicated concepts and breaking them down into practical, understandable pieces while connecting them to real-world ABA.

My goal is to make studying feel a little less intimidating and a lot more manageable!
